Key Training Tips
- Hydration: Georgian wrestlers drink water constantly during training. Dehydration reduces performance by up to 30%.
- Protein Timing: Consume 20-30g protein within 30 minutes post-training for optimal recovery.
- Sleep Priority: 8-9 hours nightly is non-negotiable. Most camps schedule early morning sessions after sufficient sleep.
- Weight Management: Gradual weight changes (1-2 lbs per day) are safer than dramatic cuts.
